Find out the Benefits of Garlic Soup, A Magical Recipe for Healthy Life

Garlic had shown that it is 100 times better than the antibiotics we use in the treatment of many diseases.

It is recommended to consume garlic every day. It helps you stay healthy and away from diseases. Add it to your meals, mix it with olive oil or eat it with bread.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 50 garlic cloves or 5 bulbs, peeled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 6 cups clear chicken broth
  • A bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, bay leaf) you may also use dried herbs instead of fresh
  • 3 cups stale bread, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Divide the garlic cloves and spread them over a piece of aluminum foil. Add olive oil and roast the garlic for an hour and a half. Then take it out and let it cool.

Put 2 tbsp. of olive oil and some butter in a pot and boil them. Add the onions and cook for10 minutes. Mash the garlic with a fork and add it to the mixture. Add the herbs and chicken broth.

Reduce the heat gradually, add the bread and cook for 5 more minutes. Use a blender to blend the soup until it becomes smooth and put the mixture on the head and add the sour cream. Add as much salt and pepper as you wish.
